A great start

Rule #1: If you must travel, do so first class. I'm sitting in the Alaska Board Room at Seatac with my first of three possible complementary drinks. The technology here is a geek's dreamland infused with the scent of freshly brewed tomatoe bisque soup. And just outside those wooden doors are the throngs sitting in uncomfortable chairs devising strategies to claim overhead compartment space for their luggage. I'm so glad I used my mileage so wisely!
